As a team we specialize in residential real estate.  We list foreclosed properties for 2 banks in the city.  Over the years, we have won our share of awards.  We have been successful in our business.  Our clients love us and we love them as well.  We are unique in the way we approach selling real estate or working with a buyer to make a purchase.

The Soforic Team together have over 50 years experience selling real estate. Since we are mother and daughter, naturally one of us has a little more experience. We work together and independently. We share our problems, our knowledge, our buyers and sellers, and in essence you have two agents instead of one. We are good at selling homes.

We have won our share of awards as Tucker and Prudential Agents. But that will not matter if we do not sell your home.

As of December 21, 2010 we were ranked 6th in the Tucker Carmel Office in closed dollar amount and 2nd in units sold and are in the top 5% of MIBOR.
